VacancyCue is an independent business, run by a founder based in Indonesia, that sends recruitment agencies lists of companies that are hiring. Contact: pramudya@vacancycue.com.
Company-level information from public job postings: company name, job title, location, salary when stated, and the posting date. We do not collect or sell personal contact details of people at those companies.
We may email recruitment agencies that are registered companies. We use company records from Companies House (including the names of directors), business contact details the agency publishes itself (for example on its website), and verified work email addresses from the business contact data provider Prospeo. We store the agency's name, the person's name and job title, their work email address and where we found it. We do this because we believe our service is relevant to their business (legitimate interests). Every email says who we are and lets you opt out.
Reply "stop" to any email, or email pramudya@vacancycue.com. We will not contact you again and will keep only your address on a do-not-contact list, so we never email you by mistake.
If you subscribe, we keep your name, email, company, and the niches you choose, to deliver the service. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record; we never see your card details.
Prospect data is deleted if we have had no reply within 12 months. Customer data is kept while you subscribe and for as long as tax law requires afterwards.
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing pramudya@vacancycue.com. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
